Description
BAM comme Blanc, Arbanne et Meslier. From the “Four à Chaux” plot in Oeuilly, complantation and setting up of a perpetual reserve of the plot since 2007, this cuvée vinified in Burgundy barrels, without malolactic fermentation, neither filtered nor clarified, has aged almost 7 years in bottles. This atypical cuvée is the most vivid and spontaneous expression of the forgotten grape varieties of the Champagne region.

Tasting | The fresh and expressive nose brings us notes of white fruits, rhubarb, lemon, slightly smoky aromas with a hint of pepper. The palate is racy, lively, with a very fresh acidic attack on citrus fruit aromas (lemon, grapefruit) followed by beautiful white fruit notes. A precise wine, an explosive and surprising discovery for the palate. Enjoy this Champagne as an aperitif to discover its originality or it will be striking with a veal tajine with citrus fruits. |
