Description
The ability to produce red wine in Cumières comes from the quality of its predominantly clay-limestone terroir, which is perfectly suited to pinot noir. A blend of 3-4 years from a selection of early plots, this wine is cold-macerated with punching down and pumping over, then aged for 18 to 24 months in barrel.
