Tasting | From the first nose, a very nice expression of yellow fruits (peach, apricot, mango) and white fruits such as pear, lychee, nectarine. Then the wine intensifies and becomes more complex with more tertiary notes; breeding, vanilla, toast and a still very well integrated wood. On the palate the attack is ample and supple with a beautiful complexity of aroma. We find the sensations of the nose well, which shows a good mastery. The fruit and substance provided by the complexity of the grape varieties and the vinosity are very present and demonstrate the role of the plot. A long and beautiful fresh and thirst-quenching finish. A great champagne to enjoy as an aperitif or to accompany dishes combining sea and citrus fruits. |
