Description
This wine from the “Les Froides Terres” plot of Pinot Noir Grand Cru in Aÿ is vinified from whole grapes, cold-macerated for more than 10 days and matured on fine lees in oak barrels for 15 months. All this gives it the ripe, juicy and acidic fruit aromas typical of the great Pinot Noirs of Champagne.

| Tasting | Its nose is fruity, expressive, but without excess. On the palate, it is a great red wine, with notes of red fruits, a touch of menthol, and always this typical freshness of the Champagne terroir. The palate has a very long finish. To be enjoyed with a nice grilled entrecote. |
