Vinified in Burgundy barrels by Charles Dufour with grapes from his mother Françoise Martinot’s vineyards. From a vineyard in the Aube (Chervey) and a “Bicheret” parcel, this wine has had very little sulfur added and is made from the 2020 harvest.
