Description
Created in 1684, first as a still wine and then in 1929 as Champagne, this small estate has 4 hectares of vineyards on only 18 parcels. This cuvée is a wine of great purity without any “make-up” while retaining a beautiful vinosity thanks to the many reserve wines.

| Tasting | The very expressive nose is fresh, very mineral and vinous. The citrus aromas, especially candied lemon, and the chalky flavours blend perfectly with the more complex notes of fig and quince. Beautiful expression in the mouth, freshness, vinosity on grapefruit and lime flavours. Great length on mineral and chalky notes. Perfect as an aperitif or with smoked salmon. |
