Made only from the 6 Grands Crus of the Cotes des Blancs (Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Mesnil sur Oger, Oger and Oiry), without malolactic fermentation and always with a “petite mousse” bottling, this magnificent Blanc de Blancs spent 5 years on its lees and waited 6 months after disgorging before being offered to you An aromatic white wine of great delicacy.

| Tasting | With its straw colour with silver and green reflections, this champagne offers you first of all a frank, fresh and mineral nose with chalky accents. Then nice flavours of citrus, acacia, honeysuckle and buttery, brioche notes. On the palate it is well balanced, with the mineral and chalky side of the mouth in a fine and creamy whole. The finish is sustained by a saline touch. |
