This cuvée is made from a micro-vinification of Chardonnay from two locations, “Les Varosses”, in Cuisles and “Les Terres Rouges”, in Jonquery. This wine is atypical in that these two parcels have in common their deep rooting (perfect for Chardonnay) on green clay (meunier terroir)

| Tasting | On the nose it reveals aromas of white flowers so specific to the Cuisles terroir and the lively side of some citrus notes (lime zest, mandarin). On the palate, we find a nice freshness, and a pleasant acidity, perfectly controlled, allowing a development of its typicity. A great wine, perfect as an aperitif or to accompany a scallop carpaccio or grilled lobster with fresh citrus fruit. |
