The nose explodes with very pronounced aromas of fruit in brandy, kirch, prune and quince. Borderline oxidative, the balance is achieved by a great minerality that supports the wine and the aromas. On the palate, the attack is first of all lively and very fresh before the development of the evolved aromas that we had on the nose. A special cuvée and Champagne to be enjoyed by connoisseurs for new sensations as an aperitif or at the table with grilled beef.
