Dame Jane, seductive and greedy, has the particularity of being vinified in terracotta amphorae. Fifty amphorae are now exclusively dedicated to the vinification and maturation of this Champagne. A tiny and slow migration of air through their walls ensures the perfect breathing of this great rosé. Vibration of the fruit with a crystalline purity. Almost tactile impression of freshness. Silky tannins enriched by the slow rotation of the lees, Dame Jane revisits primitive terracotta winemaking and offers a unique experience to true wine lovers. Blended rosé made with 6% red A.
