Tasting | This blanc de noirs evokes raspberry jam, white flowers and candied orange on the nose. The appetizer is tasty and delicate. The development is pulpy and greedy on the white peach and mango flesh. It is supported by a well-integrated acidity. The finish sums up the whole tasting: fine, silky, greedy and fresh. This wine will be perfect with a fine fish soup, a wok of shellfish with orange or a fresh goat cheese with shallots. |
