Description
Champagne composed exclusively of Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs: Vertus, Oger, Avize, Cramant which form a line close to the 4th meridian. This cuvée contains 40% reserve wine from the perpetual reserve initiated in 2004. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation are carried out in tuns. A champagne full of finesse and lightness.
