The first nose reveals a certain greediness embodied by notes of peach, yellow apple, pear, citrus fruit and candied grapes. On the second nose, notes of cashew nuts, almond, iodine, flint and menthol appear.
A frank aeration makes the wine more heady with smells of sweet spices and mocha. On the palate it develops a woody seam as well as flinty aromas, it is a fresh and clean champagne which develops a fruity and coated matter while preserving the freshness of the grape variety. The finish is full, with white fruit and infusion aromas. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif, but even more so with gastronomic dishes such as cod, prawns and whiting, as well as all your poultry and goat dishes.
