This Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs comes from a plot of Avize “Les Avats” planted in 1951 and facing south, which allows it to reach maximum maturity. The absence of malolactic fermentation gives it freshness and length in the mouth.
No malolactic fermentation
A really aromatic nose with an explosion of flavours on buttered, brioche and pastry notes. A very great wine that is both fat and fresh, without any heaviness. A very important aromatic palette on these aromas of creams and pastries. A very well balanced round and fresh finish with a very good length. A great Champagne for the aperitif of course or with a sole with almonds.
