Description
An estate in existence since 1860, Champagne Roger Constant LEMAIRE wines are atypical in that they are vinified strictly without malolactic fermentation, a method that ensures exceptional champagne quality by preserving the grape’s natural acidity. After rigorous selection at harvest to obtain healthy grapes, the wines are carefully vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, using natural yeast from the grapes, with no fining or filtration. Aged on lath for 4 years. These are Champagnes of great freshness and, above all, good ageing potential.
