| Tasting | Its colour is a very pale yellow. The nose opens with a fresh, fine tangerine-like fruitiness. This is followed by ripeness with ripe and pastry fruit, sultana and candied fruit characters. On the palate, the attack is very lively and smooth at the same time. The mid-palate is supple, fleshy, rich with grapefruit flavours. The finish is always fine and long with a spicy touch of liquorice. |
