Dry” Champagne made from a blend of about thirty different vintages from several harvests, this wine stays at least 4 years on laths before being disgorged. The Cuvée Nocturne was created to be drunk at the end of the evening after a meal and is therefore a party wine par excellence.

| Tasting | The nose is subtle and delicate, revealing delicious aromas of yellow peach and dried apricot. The attack in the mouth is supple and unctuous, while remaining very fresh. The palate reveals flavours of sultanas and fruits in syrup. The finish is long, supple and distinguished by a delicious sweetness. A mature, rich and round wine, Nocturne asserts itself through its smoothness and unctuousness. Champagne at the end of the evening. It can accompany a dessert like a foie gras with gingerbread, but also lead night owls, lovers of champagne, to the end of the night. |
