Tasting | The first nose is open and very fruity. It offers aromas of strawberry, grenadine and white flowers that confirm the feeling of freshness and elegance of the visual analysis. After a few seconds of airing, the expression becomes more exotic (passion fruit), but still as elegant (rose, lily of the valley) on a slightly lactic background (fresh cream). The palate reveals a nice roundness, cherry fragrances, as well as a natural tenderness, always with a lot of lightness and effervescence. The whole generates a nice "mouth feel", producing a greedy feeling as well as a crunchy texture. The second part of the mouth shows a little more warmth. The finish is long, clean and supple. It finishes with an impression of minty freshness coupled with a very slight refreshing bitterness. At the table, she will appreciate the company of sushi, sashimi, octopus à la provençale, cured ham or a nice goat cheese. |
