Oser le Rosé is a 2021 coteau champenois rosé from the Mesneux terroir, Elise’s family’s historic vineyard planted in 1965. This 100% Pinot Noir has been vinified without unnecessary intervention, filtration or fining. This is a gourmet rosé, with notes of fruit and citrus (blood orange).
