Sauver Ma Peau is a coteaux champenois white produced by Elise BOUGY on the magnificent terroir of Mesnil sur Oger Grand Cru. It’s also a tribute to the magnificent Chardonnay from the 2021 vintage that “saved Elise’s skin” and to one of Elise’s favorite songs, “Sauver Ma Peau” by the group Brigitte. This pure Chardonnay has been vinified without unnecessary intervention, filtration or fining.
