Description
This Champagne hillside is a still red wine that benefits from the climate, terroir and know-how of a great winemaker. After studying oenology and working in Burgundy, Timothée dreamed of making his own wines from the vines his grandfather had planted in the 1960s. Gradually, he took over plots from various family members.
