A complex and slightly woody, creamy and buttery nose. Aromas of brioche, toast, honey, citrus and quince.
In the mouth a round and very complex, harmonious sensation. Slightly acidic with notes of citrus, white flowers and brioche. Good length. Champagne which is sufficient on its own but which will wonderfully accompany small game or fish in sauce.
