The aim of this cuvée is to express the best of the terroir, following the emotions and sensations felt. Nothing is forbidden, nothing is imposed, the will to find a balance between finesse, amplitude in the mouth, fruit, minerality and length. Originating from Vrigny, this wine is vinified in vats and barrels without fining, without filtration, as naturally as possible to let the wine speak for itself, the year.

| Tasting | A nose with good intensity, clean with fine, fresh fruit on yellow apple, reinette apple, williams pear, floral notes, fresh hazelnut, biscuit note. A wine with finesse and very expressive. The mouth is powerful with a nice tension giving a nice balance. The intense aromas of the nose can be found, especially the fruit and pastry aromas. A very long finish with a slight bitterness on citrus and zest notes with a saline and salivating touch. A perfectly balanced wine that stands on its own, a real delight as an aperitif or at any time of the day. |
