The heart of the Mesnil sur Oger terroir for this wine, which is matured and vinified in small barrels on lees for about 10 months. The wine is stirred regularly to bring the lees back into suspension and thus nourish it, while the absence of malolactic fermentation gives it freshness and lightness. Moreover, this wine has benefited from 10 years of maturation in the cellar

Excellent Champagne to be reserved for the great moments of aperitif or will marry perfectly with a veal braised with boletus. |
