Aged on lees for 10 months in small 228L barrels, no malolactic fermentation and matured for 4 years. We find in this bottle the singular expression of the Mesnil sur Oger terroir, the freshness resulting from the purity of the chalk and the generosity of a great Chardonnay matured for 4 years
