Marc and Emmanuelle Augustin call themselves “Coeurviculteurs”. They put their hearts and souls into their work. It is with a precise and constant observation of nature that they take care of their vines in a biodynamic way. Fire is warm, radiant, expansive and unpredictable. It is the transforming element by its heat and versatile according to its intensity. Made from old vines, this is a flamboyant, harmonious, dynamic cuvée in keeping with the phases of the moon.

| Tasting | Beautiful, powerful and open aromatic nose with notes of white flowers, butter, brioche, intense red fruits and a touch of spices. Nice round entry in the mouth combined with a superb minerality that holds the aromas. The whole is powerful but harmonious with an increasing evolution towards a tasty mid-palate with aromas of red fruits, toast, coffee, cocoa beans with a small presence of tannins on the finish which gives a very distinguished character to the wine. A Champagne of character, vinous to be enjoyed as an aperitif or perfect at the table with spicy dishes. |
