Tasting | The nose develops notes of honey, fruit paste, quince and candied citrus fruit. Aromas of marzipan and blood orange round off this sweetly spiced nose with a refreshing menthol note. Deep, subtle and rich on the palate, with good fullness and a candied citrus finish that enhances the wine's freshness. A wine for connoisseurs to enjoy as an aperitif or to accompany a carpaccio of scallops with citrus fruit or a duck breast with orange. |
