A very aromatic nose of cooked fruits, honey, caramel and melted butter give a greedy and accomplished character to the wine. After a few moments, the expression becomes stricter and more racy on iodized, grilled, mineral and oxidative notes. On the attack, the impression is lively, taut, with good, sharp acidity. It is vinous and warm. We find notes of honey and candied fruits. A very well balanced wine with a nice fresh, long and aromatic finish (mushroom, honey). For a strong aperitif, but don't hesitate to serve it with hard cheeses (Comté, Beaufort…)
