Description
The concept behind this cuvée is to use the latest vines to be integrated into the estate: these are the new babies of the house. In conversion (legally three years); Cédric estimates that it takes at least seven years to change a vineyard. The roots have not yet gone very deep. The wines do not yet have the complexity needed to join the great vintages. However, these light, easy-drinking wines produce a very pleasing result: fruity, round wines that can be enjoyed young and are very drinkable.

Tasting | The nose is highly aromatic and plunges us straight into a world of fruit and delicacies that already tells us that the bottle will be too small! A blend of white fruit aromas (pear, apple, peach) and ripe red berries (strawberry, cherry, raspberry) coat the nostrils. The palate is extremely faithful to the nose and a real delight. The whole is extremely well balanced without any heaviness, with a fine, delicate finish. It's delicious, really good! Good friends, family, sunshine (or not) and an aperitif of almonds, dried fruit, watermelon… |
