The nose is intense and very aromatic with notes of cooked pear, plums, violets and foliage on a smoky and pastry background. On the palate the attack is broad with a beautiful vinosity and a dense texture in aroma (strawberry, blackcurrant, blueberry, pepper, honey, spices). The very long finish is vigorous and structured, marked by minerality and adorned with pretty bitters. A muscular aperitif Champagne or to be savoured with white or red meats. A treat with old parmesan or gouda cheese.
