Description
This “Sorangeon” parcel Champagne in Chouilly grand cru is made from old vines over 50 years old. A parcel of Chardonnay where the chalk outcrops, which gives tense grapes of immense purity and great finesse. The vinification and ageing in oak barrels gives this wine roundness and an intense aromatic richness. After 3 years in the cellars, the cuvée was disgorged and not dosed in order to preserve all the finesse and purity of the terroir.

| Tasting | On the nose, this wine reveals pretty floral notes, a touch of wood, and on the second nose, notes of caramel. In the mouth, a frank attack, evolving on a pulpy and airy sensation. On the mid-palate, the wine is melting, supported by a beautiful tension. The finish is focused on salinity and chalk. It is a champagne that goes perfectly with warm oysters, scampi or crayfish. |
