Made from Chardonnay grown on the northern slopes of the Marne valley, this cuvée is aged for 3 years on lees and blended with a young solera. Entirely vinified and aged in oak barrels, this cuvée will delight lovers of gourmet Chardonnays.

| Tasting | The champagne has a gourmand nose, with aromas of pear and lemon tart with a hint of dill. After aeration, a hint of licorice reveals itself. This gourmet cuvée is the perfect accompaniment to gourmet aperitifs, gravlax salmon or any other oily fish. |
