Description
This champagne comes from a single plot of Pinot Meunier in the village of Mardeuil, named “Les Vossenelles”, planted in 1961. These old vines are then vinified in oak barrels and aged for several months. The result is a gourmand champagne, structured to delight gourmets.

Tasting | The nose opens with scents of red fruit, cherry, plum and wild strawberry. After aeration, we discover light notes of red bell pepper. The attack on the palate is fruity, rich with beautiful red fruit notes, punctuated by a long finish with peppery and cherry pit notes. This is a rich, well-structured champagne without heaviness, which is perfect with finely spiced bites or veal. |
