Description
Amour de Deutz Rosé is mainly made from Pinot Noir (57%) from the terroirs of Aÿ, Verzenay, Ambonnay and Bouzy and Chardonnay (43%) from the crus of Avize, Mesnil-sur Oger, Chouilly and Villers-Marmery. The specificity of the style and colour of the wine is due to the addition, during the blending, of 6% of a great red Pinot Noir wine made by Deutz from parcels of old vines from the Côte d’Aÿ: “La Pelle” and parcels from Mareuil-sur-Aÿ: “Cumaine” and “Charmont”.

Tasting | Very charming, the nose develops delicate aromas of slightly stewed red fruits, accompanied by subtle vanilla notes. The palate, also seductive, offers a recital of complexity on a background of red fruit notes: strawberries, redcurrants… also dense fruit such as blackcurrant. The finish is velvety and always elegant, with a balance of power and freshness of great class. The "Amour de Deutz Rosé" cuvée will be the perfect partner for any emotional moment. An exceptional aperitif, it is the perfect accompaniment to a wide range of pure, delicate and even spicy dishes. It goes well with grilled lobster or the fine, fragile flesh of delicate fish such as red mullet or Saint-Pierre. |
