Description
As early as 1911, with the officialisation of the scale of growths, Raymond Duval-Leroy, wishing to pay tribute to his predecessors, created an exceptional wine. He was the first to create a champagne combining Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes selected from the only villages classified as Grand Cru and Premier Cru in the Grande Vallée de la Marne, Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs, whose aromatic profile of white flowers intermingled with citrus fruit, like that of Fleur de Vigne in June, gives it its name: Fleur de Champagne. Our aim: to offer expressive wines, rich in emotion, with incomparable brilliance. Tasty, aromatic wines that speak the language of their origins and terroirs.

Tasting | Floral expression on first reading, alongside aromatic complexity of almond and toast. A refined, assertive blossoming. The texture is fine, precise and fused with a silky, delicate fatness, carrying notes of citrus and fig flesh brightened by a hint of eucalyptus. Tasty, saline finish. As an extension to the aperitif, it goes well with pineapple carpaccio and roasted langoustines. |
