Description
Since 1999 the wines are vinified and aged in oak barrels. This wine will surprise you with its complexity and richness. The old wines offering a fine note of oxidation in the mouth represent 80% of the cuvée, followed by a long freshness in the mouth brought by the wines of the year (20%). Notes of yellow fruits, citrus fruits; the work done undergrowth brings concentration and reinforces the tension of the wine.

| Tasting | A generous nose with aromas of pastries, roasted coffee, a little spicy, then afterwards scents of candied red fruits. A greedy, balanced entry in the mouth, exalted by the luminous minerality of the terroir. The palate then opens up, becoming deep and delicately woody as a result of the vinification of the base wines in oak barrels. The finish is lively, made possible by the selection of the purest juices. A Champagne as an aperitif for the purists or it will go wonderfully with sea bream or fine charcuterie. |
