Description
Made by bleeding the Pinot Noir grapes, in a wooden vat with a floating cap and without malolactic fermentation. After a few hours in contact with the grape skins, the juice acquires a superb, natural colour and subtle but deep red fruit aromas.

| Tasting | The nose of this Champagne is a bouquet of spring. Rose, wild strawberry, raspberry and later blackberry, harmonize perfectly to offer the taster unexpected aromas in a usual Rosé Champagne. The palate is a continuation of the nose, with the structure of the pinot noir leaving a convincing vinosity on the finish. The whole is fresh with beautiful aromas of fresh and crunchy red berries. For a gourmet aperitif or it will harmonize perfectly with noble products of the sea such as a pan of scallops or the delicacy of a lobster. |
