Pinot Blanc is one of those rare grape varieties that thrives in the heart of the Côte des Bar It is part of a population of old grape varieties practically disappeared in the Champagne vineyard. Maison Gruet makes it a point of honour to make you discover this fragment of history by working only the heart juices of cuvée (first press), fermented in stainless steel tank to preserve the authenticity of Pinot Blanc.
