Description
This cuvée is made from 100% Chardonnay on a sublime terroir of chalk from the Montagne de Reims (Ay and Louvois). It is aged for 6 months in oak barrels. The combination of the chalky terroir and the barrel ageing gives us a wine of incredible minerality wrapped in a silky cocoon.

| Tasting | The nose is dominated by beautiful citrus notes of lemon, pink grapefruit, then more discreetly by exotic notes of lychee and pineapple. The minerality of this Champagne is incredibly pure. On the palate, the tension and the chalky structure maintain a beautiful invigorating freshness, coated by the unctuousness and subtlety of the maturation. This Champagne is perfect as an aperitif or to accompany fine fish such as turbot. |
