Tasting | The nose reveals a great aromatic richness of rare elegance with notes of white flowers and lime leaves, accompanied by a hint of vanilla. The nose is expressive and warm with notes of spices. The quintessence of the great terroirs is expressed here with brilliance and elegance. The mouth is in contrast with the nose. Backed by the precise structure of the best Pinot Noirs, the great whites from the best chalky plots reveal a minerality with iodine and salt accents. The palate is thus fresh, straight, chiselled. This freshness accompanies the power of the fruit on notes of ripe peach, nectarine and grapefruit. Then, the pastry aromas bring an exquisite greediness. A unique appetite. |
