Description
Selection from old vines over 50 years old based solely on the unique Champagne grape variety par excellence, Pinot Meunier. The name “Pierre Henri” is a combination of the first names of the two forefathers who started growing vines at the beginning of the 20th century. The alcoholic fermentation is carried out only in new oak barrels of 5-6 wines, without malolactic fermentation, with batonnage and conservation in barrels for 10 months. The bottles are disgorged after at least 5 years of ageing in the cellar.
