Tasting | The nose is fresh with flavours of tarragon, thyme, mint, fresh rhubarb, apple, butter and brioche. Each grape variety brings its own aromatic touch. On the palate, the initial attack is frank, lively and then more supple with aromas of pastry notes, rhubarb pie, white flowers, white fruits and creamy sensations. Beautiful aromatic persistence on notes of thyme, mint, vanilla, pastry (umami) and a bright finish on beautiful saline aromas. A very pleasant champagne as an aperitif or to serve with sweet and savoury dishes. |
