| Tasting | The nose is very expressive, opening with notes of crushed apples and pears, followed by red fruit flavours, notably black plums. The palate is very round with a hint of orange peel. We find the scent of red berries and the vigour of Pinot Noir. The finish is very round and creamy. A gourmet champagne that goes well with foie gras or a galette ardennaise. |
