Description
On the back label of this brut, which is made from equal parts of the three grape varieties, there is a long list of actions in favour of more sustainable viticulture and low-intervention vinification: no yeasting, no enzyming, no chaptalization, no fining, no filtration. Vinified and matured in vats and in barrels (30%), this brut has benefited from careful oxidation while avoiding becoming heavy. Complex and open, it is a pleasant and very expressive wine on the aromatic level

| Tasting | A very expressive nose that starts out fresh and then opens up to greedy toasted, buttered and caramelised notes. A very well-balanced wine, the palate is soft and complex, characterised by fresh fruit notes of apple and pear, intermingled with fine woody notes. Finally, small notes of toast and menthol punctuate a beautiful and long finish in the mouth. Perfect for the aperitif, this Champagne will also be the companion of a white meat. |
