Description
Pure Mareuil sur Ay from a selection of 40-year-old vines, this blanc de noirs is 95% vinified in vats and 5% in oak barrels. Spontaneous fermentation and 10 months maturing on the lees produce a Champagne rich in flavour and with an assertive structure. Definitely a wine with a gastronomic dimension, highlighting the black grape varieties that flourish on the chalk of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ.
