From the terroirs of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, Avenay-Val d’Or and Mutigny, this champagne is a blend of the freshness of the young wines and the complexity of the perpetual reserve initiated in 2012. Vinified in vats (60%) and barrels (40%), it is aged for 10 months on its lees. This Champagne will take you to the threshold of the parcellaires.
