Description
A blend of 90% Pinot Noir “Les Vignes du Feuilly” parcel in Avenay Val d’Or and 10% Chardonnay “Les Sept Arpents” parcel in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ. Vinified in metal vats (75%) and oak barrels (25%). Vinification without sulphur, a careful selection of clear wines and the absence of liqueur result in a wine that is totally assertive, for which precision is the only guide. The result is a beautiful combination of power and energy, which makes our palate vibrate intensely.
