Description
A family of winegrowers based in Baslieux-sous-Chatillon, they have been cultivating vines for over 7 generations on both banks of the Marne. Certified HVE since 2015 and VDC since 2018, the Liébart-Régnier family is concerned about the environment and the expression of their terroir. As its name suggests, Les Sols Bruns is a champagne that expresses the generosity brought by the clays of the Marne valley.

| Tasting | The nose is flattering, greedy, opening with notes of stone fruits, quince and almonds. The attack in the mouth is round, very fruity with yellow fruit flavours. A very nice balance between the nose and the mouth for this champagne whose finish is punctuated by notes of orange and zest without heaviness. It is an aperitif companion that goes very well with cheese gougères, or even with a braised pig's trotter |
