Description
A plot of land called “Les Rosiers”, a grape variety called “Le Pinot Noir” and a single vintage have given birth to this unique and exclusive Champagne. This rosé gets its substance and fruitiness from a short maceration (saignée) of the juice with the grape skins. Without malolactic fermentation, neither fined nor filtered, this Champagne is a vinous and complex wine while keeping freshness and minerality.

Tasting | The nose is powerful with beautiful notes of red and black fruits (raspberry, Morello cherry, blackcurrant, plum) and a touch of liquorice. The wine is rich and complex on the palate, combining vinosity and power. A nice volume in the mouth with notes of stewed red fruits but without heaviness. Very long with raspberry and liquorice aromas. A structured, full-bodied but well-controlled wine dedicated to the table with a beautiful grilled meat such as rib of beef. |
