Description
This cuvée takes its name from 2 “lieux dits” located on the slopes of Ecueil. The vines on two plots are over 40 years old and are used to make this wine only in the most interesting years. The alcoholic fermentation in the barrel as well as the stirring of the lees and the ageing for more than 6 months give rise to a very rich wine whose freshness is guaranteed by the absence of malolactic fermentation.
